Is there a way to see when your toon's birthday is?

Yep, there is! Simply look at the piece of paper next to your computer, on which you will have made notes about your characters and the game. The birthday should be written on there.

On a serious note though, there are some players that keep notes like this, or have an excel spreadsheet with character info on it. It can be handy to keep track of stuff like mission and vanquish progression, creation dates, HoM entries etc.
